Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within defined parameters, and within budget constraints.
- Identify potential technical and project-related risks, implementing effective strategies to minimize such challenges.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction while collaborating closely with all stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Support contract negotiations, which includes crafting project statements of work and responding to requests for information/proposals (RFI/RFPs).
- Conduct regular status meetings and business reviews with clients, offering essential guidance when necessary.
- Manage timelines related to critical third-party project deliverables.
- Advocate for the most suitable technologies from our portfolio to address client requirements.
- Demonstrable experience in IT cloud project management, agile software management, or acting as a Scrum Master.
- A comprehensive understanding of Linux, open-source technologies, and the public cloud ecosystem.
- Background in software engineering and technical project management.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication capabilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field.
