Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote surveillance and assistance to critically ill patients.
- Collaborate effectively with bedside nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and assist in managing acute illnesses.
- Engage in quality enhancement initiatives and contribute to the establishment of clinical best practices in eICU care.
- Mentor and guide bedside nurses in the management of critically ill patients.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Active RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or a compact state.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- ACLS certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
