The estimated salary for this role ranges from \(114,666 to \)172,000 USD annually, contingent upon experience, skills, and other relevant considerations. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Implementation: Spearhead the deployment of SaaS offerings for clients, collaborating closely to comprehend their unique requirements, document essential details, and deliver cohesive solutions.
- System Configuration & Integration: Engineer and develop integrations between systems, including creating automated data acquisition workflows.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Offer continuous support to clients, resolving issues related to existing integrations and workflows, and ensuring smooth operational processes.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical expert on customer data and systems, providing insights and innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Training & Best Practices: Educate clients on best practices for maximizing the value of our products and solutions.
- R&D and Product Development: Engage in enhancing our product offerings by participating in research and development initiatives.
- Documentation: Draft clear and comprehensive documentation and data specifications to assist in client implementations.
- Project Management: Oversee technical projects and initiatives to guarantee timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and facilitating their growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Remain informed about industry best practices and strive for continual skill enhancement.
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Bioinformatics, Data Science, Biomedical Research) with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience, or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree, or a PhD without prior professional experience.
- Experience: Up to 3 years in a customer-facing role and 1 to 3 years in leading technical projects.
- Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong capability in documenting processes and solutions.
