Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support through various communication channels (phone, web portal, and email) to promptly resolve end-user issues.
- Oversee the provisioning and configuration of systems for newly onboarded team members.
- Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests in accordance with established processes to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize remote diagnostic tools for troubleshooting support requests and, when necessary, conduct hands-on repairs, including hardware issues and the distribution of peripherals.
- Install, configure, and sustain hardware and software components within our network infrastructure.
- Ensure that antivirus software is consistently installed and updated to safeguard systems against potential threats.
- Administer server operations including Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage and maintain network firewall and switch configurations.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
- Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues and departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to company safety and security protocols to maintain compliance with industry best practices.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of network and server solutions when required.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with different desktop and server operating systems (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, macOS, iPhone).
- Sound understanding of business productivity systems and technology.
- Practical experience with Active Directory management.
- Competency with Kaseya software.
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of building rapport and asking meaningful questions.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a dedication to assisting others.
- Capability to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Preferred: Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems certification.
- A college diploma or university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent work experience.
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA Net and/or CompTIA Security .
