- Design and document comprehensive solutions, including functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and screen mockups.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, acting as a crucial liaison between business and technology to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct thorough business process analyses and needs assessments to identify and implement effective solutions.

- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in an applications development environment.
- Proficient in GIS software, including ArcGIS and AutoDesk/AutoCAD.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and identifying trends.
- Proven project management experience, with a track record of successfully guiding projects from inception to completion.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Preferred qualifications include CBAP or CCBA certification, experience in Quality Assurance, and familiarity with coding or software development.
- Skills in data analysis and database management using MS SQL and/or Oracle are advantageous, as well as experience in UI/UX design.
