Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal authority on nonqualified plans, fostering strong connections with internal personnel, regional affiliates, and external distributors.
- Spearhead the assessment and creation of customized plan designs, conducting comprehensive analysis on funding strategies, investment alternatives, and trustee selection.
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships, delivering ongoing support and strategic insights.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving service quality and optimizing operational processes.
- Deliver informative presentations on various aspects of nonqualified products and strategies, educating both internal teams and clients.
- Provide training for clients and colleagues on product architecture, performance metrics, market dynamics, and regulatory updates.
- Ensure accurate completion of all required compliance documentation.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, effectively managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Commit to continuous learning and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and uphold confidentiality standards at all times.
- Possession of FINRA Series 6⁄7 and 63 licenses.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in retirement services and corporate-owned life insurance, showcasing a proven ability in client management.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of interpreting intricate financial data and regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in crafting compelling presentations and reports.
- Proficiency in advanced mathematical concepts and spreadsheet applications.
- A collaborative mindset with a dedication to teamwork.
- CFA and/or CAIA certifications are advantageous.
