In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in sustaining a comprehensive Privileged Access Management (PAM) program, focusing on the deployment, administration, and enhancement of CyberArk solutions within extensive environments. Your expertise will be crucial in safeguarding essential systems, applications, and accounts, while implementing best practices and supporting compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CyberArk PAS infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure and implement vital CyberArk components such as Vault, Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
- Oversee password security and rotation for shared accounts to protect sensitive information.
- Apply industry best practices for privileged access management to secure critical data and systems.
- Provide expert troubleshooting support for CyberArk PAS-related incidents and configuration challenges.
- Onboard and oversee privileged accounts within the CyberArk ecosystem, ensuring seamless automation with SailPoint.
- Ensure compliance with established security standards and generate comprehensive reports on privileged access and policy adherence.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely management of patches and updates, enhancing the overall security posture.
- Partner with IT security, compliance, and network teams to integrate CyberArk with other security solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices related to CyberArk operations.
- Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in deploying and maintaining CyberArk in large-scale settings.
- Strong expertise in PAM best practices with a focus on CyberArk technologies.
- Proven problem-solving skills within Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems.
- Proficiency in managing privileged accounts in Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP and scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash for task automation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in CyberArk or related security fields are advantageous.
- Solid understanding of information security frameworks, including NIST and ISO 27001, as well as compliance standards such as SOX.
- Experience in an Agile work environment is preferred.
