Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance features for our SaaS platform, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust APIs.
- Drive continuous improvements in our technology stack and operational processes.
- Engage in the development of backend data models and user interfaces for our Total Loss Service.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and retrospectives, to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Strong experience in designing and constructing APIs.
- Proficient in creating optimized schemas and queries for relational databases.
- Solid understanding of scalability challenges and performance optimization for server-side applications.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like React and Redux.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks.
- Knowledge of modern web technologies, including ES6, HTML5, and Progressive Web Apps.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
