- Design and articulate solutions by producing comprehensive functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and screen mockups.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, serving as the key liaison between business and technology to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform thorough business process analyses, needs assessments, and cost-benefit evaluations to identify and implement optimal solutions.
