Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy, counseling, and supportive services to clients.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including social workers, physicians, and community agencies.
- Advocate for clients’ needs, ensuring they are connected with essential resources.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available treatment options.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of services.

- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current or eligible for licensure in Alaska.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed mental health clinician.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
