Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy, counseling, and supportive services to clients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including social workers, physicians, and community agencies.
• Advocate for clients’ needs, ensuring they are connected with essential resources.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available treatment options.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of services.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional growth.

Required Skills

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current or eligible for licensure in Alaska.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed mental health clinician.
• Strong clinical acumen and experience with diverse populations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
