We are excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Product Manager, a pivotal role in our ambitious growth strategy within the Hybrid IT automation landscape. In this position, you will be instrumental in bringing leading-edge solutions to fruition, facilitating the efficient automation of workloads and data across complex IT ecosystems. Collaborating with a talented team, your contributions will enhance innovative offerings that empower our clients across diverse sectors such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, travel, and technology.

This remote opportunity is available for candidates located in North America, with a preference for those residing in the Atlanta, GA region. Remote employees will be expected to travel to our Atlanta headquarters on a quarterly basis. This role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with various departments, including sales, marketing, services, and support, to drive product initiatives.
• Oversee product launches and manage the rollout of new versions for both SaaS and private cloud solutions.
• Effectively articulate the business value of products to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Define product requirements through customer feedback and collaboration with key partners.
• Contribute to strategic product positioning and foster innovation within the product line.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong background in enterprise software with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven expertise in IT automation, including job scheduling, workload automation, or service orchestration.
• Track record of successful product launches.
• Excellent communication abilities across various audience levels.
• Familiarity with the Agile development lifecycle and experience in gathering customer insights.
• In-depth understanding of modern IT infrastructure, including cloud services, DevOps, and data platforms.
• Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML and containerization.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer engagement skills.
• Insight into the sales lifecycle for complex IT solutions.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity for travel (up to 25%), primarily throughout North America, with occasional international travel.
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product management, particularly in enterprise software and IT automation.
• Proven history of managing product launches and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) is preferred.
