Key Responsibilities
- Assume complete accountability for the entire project lifecycle, guaranteeing timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Supervise a cross-functional team, including subcontractors, and optimize manpower utilization effectively.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and contractors, employing Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Manage operations and maintenance (O&M) of systems catering to over one million users and visitors monthly.
- Lead transformative initiatives aimed at consolidating systems to improve operational efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.
- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold superior standards across all project deliverables.
- Communicate proficiently through both written and verbal channels to align team efforts with client objectives.
- Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Formal training or certification in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master or Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
- Demonstrated experience in managing performance-based environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey concepts to varied audiences.
- Proven experience in quality assurance frameworks relevant to similar projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects of equivalent size and complexity.
- Practical experience in a continuous integration and DevOps setting.
