Key Responsibilities
- Execute a wide range of advanced imaging procedures while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
- Assess individual patient needs to determine the most suitable imaging techniques.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding imaging procedures, addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it functions at peak performance levels.
- Support the training and development of junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Proficient communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all work processes.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
- Valid and unrestricted Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license specifically for General Radiography, CT, and MRI.
- Current BLS certification.
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
