Key Responsibilities
- Champion the establishment and management of secure networks to support cyberspace operations.
- Leverage advanced technical skills and extensive industry expertise to address complex challenges.
- Innovate solutions to intricate technical problems, working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, cultivating a collaborative environment.
- Support systems engineering efforts for Windows and Linux platforms, contributing to system design, evaluation, and administration.
- Identify and implement enhancements for database solutions, continuously advancing your skills and techniques.
- Extensive experience with Linux environments (5 years).
- Proficiency in building and maintaining virtual environments using VMware (2 years).
- Experience in supporting national cyber missions, either offensive or defensive.
- Flexibility in accommodating shift work.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is mandatory.
- DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification, including Security CE.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED combined with at least 7 years of experience in Information Technology, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
