We are in search of a skilled ServiceNow Developer to assist our clients with their configuration and development requirements in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will showcase proficiency in ServiceNow and possess a comprehensive understanding of its complete implementation lifecycle, all while adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules including GRC, ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and other applications.
- Design, develop, and implement bespoke ServiceNow applications that fulfill business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within ServiceNow.
- Create and manage workflows and automated processes utilizing ServiceNow’s Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
- Build and customize user interface components using ServiceNow's UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and Glide scripting.
- Administer platform solutions, including user access management and system configuration.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality code and functionality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents and user guides.
- Provide continuous support for existing ServiceNow implementations, addressing issues and applying necessary updates.
- Engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases, providing insights for enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in ServiceNow development and data management.
- Collaborate with IT teams for integration with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow performance and integrations.
- Over 5 years of experience in Software Development.
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong understanding of Java, integrations, and API development.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience deploying ServiceNow modules in Agile DevSecOps environments.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Business Rules and scripting components.
- Required: Secret/TS Security Clearance.
- Required: CompTIA Security .
- Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or ICAgile Certification.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
