Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the program architect on innovative application development projects.
- Deliver high-quality development solutions consistently and within deadlines, demonstrating reliability and independence.
- Articulate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity in communication.
- Embrace continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow best practices, with the ability to apply these in your work.
- Proficiency in:
- JavaScript (within ServiceNow)
- Service Portal (including widgets, HTML, CSS, AngularJS)
- Graphical Workflow & Flow Designer
- REST Web Services
- ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Developer, Application, or Implementation are preferred; micro-certifications are not ideal).
- Experience with ITSM applications, either through implementation or administration.
- A strong commitment to using technology for achieving organizational goals, with a genuine passion for ServiceNow technology.
