Job Overview

We are expanding our dynamic team and actively seeking skilled software and algorithm developers to join us in providing sophisticated sensor data processing technologies and innovative solutions that benefit national security and defense initiatives. Our mission focuses on delivering state-of-the-art data exploitation capabilities for various U.S. Government programs, particularly within the Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and create new algorithms dedicated to remote sensor data exploitation.
• Exhibit proficiency in Python and C , demonstrating strong software design and architectural competence.
• Develop proof-of-concept tools for signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation utilizing Python.
• Enhance existing Python-based tools employed in machine learning, modeling, and simulation tasks.
• Assess the performance and quality of algorithms and sensor systems.
• Collaborate within an Agile team environment, contributing to shared development resources.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in Python and C programming languages.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and architecture.
• Experience with developing algorithms for remote sensor data.
• Capability to create proof-of-concept tools for signal and image processing.
• Familiarity with machine learning, modeling, and simulation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with C , Python, and Linux operating systems, with the possibility of educational experience substituting for some work experience.
• Experience working with OPIR, E/O, SAR, Spectral, RF, or other forms of remote sensing data.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO.

Compensation And Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of \(117,000 - \)168,000 per year, influenced by role responsibilities, experience, and educational background.
