- Develop and refine business workflows using JBPM in XML
- Create and maintain API endpoints and routes with Apache Camel XML DSL
- Execute data transformations utilizing XSLTs
- Leverage Java and SQL databases to diagnose and enhance the Back Office product
- Interact with customers, striking a balance between technical development and professional services tasks
- Proficient experience in Java, SQL databases, and web services
- Familiarity with JBPM, Apache Camel XML DSL, and XSLTs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in engaging with customer-facing teams, focusing on both development and service delivery
- Demonstrated experience in software engineering with Java and SQL databases
- Knowledge of JBPM, Apache Camel XML DSL, and XSLTs is beneficial
