- Oversee the preparation and meticulous review of intricate tax returns for clients in the real estate and construction sectors.
- Deliver expert tax counsel on diverse issues, including but not limited to 1065s, 1031 exchanges, special allocations, and cost segregation studies.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Engage with clients to contribute to successful outcomes and support the overall growth of the firm.
- Active CPA license is a must.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in public accounting, specifically with real estate and construction clientele.
- Proven ability in reviewing complex tax returns encompassing partnerships, S corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in tax software, preferably CCH Axcess and Engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5 years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax return reviews.
