Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to articulate project scope and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Guide project execution consistent with established project management lifecycle principles.
- Facilitate effective communications among project teams, leveraging your project management expertise to ensure alignment.
- Direct solution design conversations, keeping the project team focused on objectives and timelines.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks.
- Manage project delivery schedules and maintain robust communication with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough resource assessments and develop project plans utilizing capacity management tools.
- Address conflicts promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with various departments, including marketing, product, technology, and facilities, to meet project goals.
- Create, implement, and adjust work plans and schedules in partnership with project teams as needed.
- Ensure all project documentation is comprehensive, current, and properly archived.
- Resolve or escalate project challenges in a timely manner.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical and process project/program management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both technical and non-technical project teams.
- Proven success in overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary software products and application development projects.
- Strong foundation in applying project management methodologies to create effective plans and strategies.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive mindset in identifying and addressing risks and issues to ensure project completion within scope and budget.
- High maturity and confidence in interactions with senior leadership and in establishing project deliverables.
