Remote Treasury Manager | Lead Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily cash management activities, including journal entries, cash analysis, wire transfers, investments, and borrowings.
• Oversee banking relationships, account setups, services, and authorized signatories.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Authorize and process electronic disbursements, ACH, and wire transactions.
• Manage short-term cash flow forecasting and support long-term financial projections.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing treasury products and services.
• Foster and sustain relationships with financial institutions and banking partners.
• Mentor, lead, and develop a team of treasury professionals, driving performance and professional growth.
• Supervise merchant accounts and corporate purchasing programs, while analyzing monthly banking fees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and support month-end closing processes.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and participate in special projects.
  
  

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in finance, treasury, commercial lending, or a relevant field.
• 5 years of managerial experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Preferred Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and treasury management software.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Proven project management and process enhancement skills.
