• Project Management Best Practices: Establish, execute, and sustain industry-standard project management methodologies to ensure successful project deliveries across diverse initiatives.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Direct the planning, execution, and oversight of long-term projects, ensuring they deliver significant budgetary impacts on the business unit.
• Business Case Development: Formulate compelling business cases to facilitate the acquisition and development of essential project resources and components.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, evaluate, and summarize detailed project data, encompassing task timelines, resource needs, and budget distributions to empower informed decision-making.
• Project Planning: Assist in the formulation of comprehensive project plans that include work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure all plans are thorough and primed for management review and endorsement.
