Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Customize: Engineer advanced Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.
- Maintain Code Quality: Adhere to coding standards to ensure the creation of well-structured and maintainable code.
- Integrate Systems: Design and sustain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms through REST/SOAP APIs, Batch file processing, and MuleSoft.
- Deploy Efficiently: Utilize Gearset for efficient code deployment while managing version control using BitBucket and Git CI/CD tools.
- Enhance Salesforce Metadata: Implement declarative modifications to metadata and configure permissions tailored to project requirements.
- UI Refinements: Optimize Lightning Web Component (LWC) interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage in feature reviews, collect user feedback during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and apply enhancements.
- Problem Solve: Identify and rectify bugs, collaborating with support teams as necessary.
- Stay Current: Remain informed about Salesforce updates, emerging features, and best practices to enhance team operations.
- Coding Background: Minimum of 7 years in a modern programming language or tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, .NET, Java, PHP, C , Python, Django, Ruby).
- Salesforce Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Visualforce.
- API Integration: Proficient in constructing custom code-based API integrations between Salesforce and alternative systems.
- Advanced Techniques: Knowledgeable in asynchronous Apex (Batch, Scheduled, Queueable), transaction management, and debugging.
- Development Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD processes (Gearset), Git fundamentals, and Agile methodologies (e.g., Jira).
- Org-Agnostic Code: Capability to develop scalable and adaptable solutions applicable to any Salesforce instance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience coding with Salesforce and advanced development tools.

- Competitive Salary: \(155K - \)175K base salary.
