Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with a remote, distributed team of engineers.
- Develop clean, high-quality code for new features, bug fixes, and modernization of the Landscape codebase.
- Advocate for code quality and automated testing throughout your work.
- Engage in code and architectural reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Take ownership of challenges from design through to solution delivery.
- Participate in global travel for 2-4 weeks a year, attending both internal and external events.
- Contribute to release management throughout each development cycle.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to manage Landscape SaaS.
- Proficiency in Python and experience in developing public-facing APIs and web applications.
- Familiarity with Python web frameworks such as Flask or Django.
- Experience with databases and ORMs, with PostgreSQL being a plus.
- Comfort in using Ubuntu as both a development and deployment platform.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a self-motivated and enterprising mindset.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, STEM, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing public-facing APIs and web applications.
