This pivotal role encompasses the comprehensive management of Generative AI initiatives, guiding them from initial assessment to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will masterfully blend technical project management expertise with strategic business alignment, ensuring that our innovative AI solutions effectively achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Generative AI use cases, employing standardized frameworks to guarantee clarity and consistency during intake and implementation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Lead the execution of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) projects and the fine-tuning of models such as GPT and BERT in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
- Define and monitor project-specific KPIs, alongside business metrics, to evaluate project success and drive enhancements.
- Create and uphold feedback mechanisms to monitor AI model performance, initiating retraining as necessary to uphold accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align AI project goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI projects, employing Agile methodologies for proactive management.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders through regular updates and clear reporting channels.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing engineering or software development projects, preferably within an Agile framework.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
- Profound understanding of RAG architecture and API development, with familiarity in tools such as LangChain and Hugging Face.
- Proven capability in evaluating ROI and business value within AI projects, aligning these metrics with broader business strategies.
- Strong expertise in risk management related to AI projects, particularly in addressing model drift and bias.
- Technical knowledge of data pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex information to varied audiences.
- Leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Solid background in Agile project management and AI/ML technologies to facilitate collaboration.
- 5 years of project management experience in engineering or software development focused on AI technologies.
