Key Responsibilities
- Champion customer-centric testing strategies to meet client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive and precise test plans and cases.
- Design and implement both manual and automated testing procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Manage and guide testing projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges within the testing process.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to team and stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- Over 7 years of experience in quality engineering or system testing, including 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
- Profound understanding of conferencing system architectures, protocols, and integrations.
- Proven ability to conduct functional and non-functional testing of system solutions.
- Expertise in audio quality testing and validation, including noise cancellation and echo reduction.
- Familiarity with camera technologies and video quality assessment (resolution, latency).
- Ability to create and execute thorough test plans.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, alongside familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
