In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, enabling you to work up to 50% remotely while being based out of our offices in Mankato, Lakeville, and Rochester, MN.

Compensation And Benefits
The base pay range for this position is \(41,300—\)58,700 USD. The specific title and base pay offered will be determined by various factors including training, experience, and business needs. This role also qualifies for variable compensation and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external clients, serving as a vital liaison for the organization.
- Deliver exemplary service to ensure an outstanding client experience reflective of our mission and values.
- Educate clients and team members on relevant policies, processes, and service offerings.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential fraud risks.
- Collaborate with various teams to fulfill client and organizational requirements.
- Manage documentation for transactions, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Evaluate and determine the necessary documentation for securing lien positions on transactions.
- Initiate loan bookings and maintain accuracy within system records.
- Process transactions related to client accounts, including electronic payments and reconciliations.
- Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of legal documents to clients.
- Assist financial officers in identifying suitable products and services for clients.
- Provide support to the sales team through follow-ups on accounts that are past due.
- Offer miscellaneous office support as required, including managing office supplies and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Act as a point of contact for building maintenance and cleaning issues while staying informed on process changes and organizational updates.
- High school diploma or GED; secondary education is preferred.
- 0-5 years of client service experience, ideally within a financial institution.
- General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture is advantageous.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent client service orientation and mathematical proficiency.
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant systems.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to work both independently and in collaboration with team members.
