Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by cultivating meaningful relationships and proactively suggesting products, services, and innovative digital solutions to help customers achieve their financial aspirations.
- Assist clients with account openings, service requests, and credit applications, ensuring a professional and supportive customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with team members and management to navigate policies and procedures while employing sound judgment.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of financial products and services to guide customers toward the best solutions for their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Refer customers to specialized bankers or partners for more intricate financial needs, as required.
- Adhere to the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and associated regulations as this is a SAFE position.
