Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members across various topics.
- Acquire a deep understanding of our diverse product offerings, including both current products and those that are no longer sold but still require servicing.
- Interpret and implement updates to product features and enhancements based on regular communications.
- Demonstrate consultative expertise by identifying underlying questions and uncovering unarticulated needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and adhere to documentation processes to support our commitment to customer understanding.

- Experience Level: Experienced
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year in customer service or sales-related fields.
- Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications is preferred.
- Certifications: ChFC, CLU, or other relevant industry designations are desirable. FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses may be required depending on the assigned product or distribution system.
