Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when required.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow members of the treatment team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards.
- Ability to function autonomously as well as within a team setting.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current or pending licensure as LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, LPC, or LCPC.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering mental health therapy services.
- At least 2 years of experience within social services.
