Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments while preparing initial correspondence packets for potential clients.
- Assist in the asset transfer process through detailed communication with clients, financial advisors, and relevant institutions.
- Notarize various estate administration documents for clients as needed.
- Prepare asset schedules for estate and trust assets, employing Excel and analyzing various financial statements.
- Aid clients in completing life insurance claims, updating beneficiary designations, and drafting deeds.
- E-file court documents and liaise with courts, clients, witnesses, and attorneys to facilitate hearings.
- Track the progress and deadlines associated with each estate.
- Compile estate administration binders for clients at the conclusion of each case.
- Scan, organize, and file estate administration documents and correspondence.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to phone calls from prospective and existing clients.
- Adapt to and utilize new technology, including artificial intelligence tools, as required.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Participate in firm client and team events to nurture relationships and community engagement.
