Familiarity with one or more of the following areas is essential: Landlord-Tenant matters, Condo Representation, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Litigation, Foreclosure, Banking Litigation, Housing Discrimination, Title Issues, Investor Litigation, Building Construction Litigation, Homeowners Associations, Leasing, and other litigation connected to real property transactions.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of real estate litigation, encompassing case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court during motions, hearings, and trials.
- Offer strategic advice to clients concerning real estate disputes and their rights.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to secure advantageous resolutions.
- Prepare for trial through evidence gathering, witness depositions, and document review.
- Address disputes related to landlord-tenant issues, contractual disagreements, and property conflicts.
- Review and evaluate real estate contracts, leases, deeds, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
- Uphold compliance with New York real estate laws, advising clients on risk management.
- Represent clients in mediation or arbitration to facilitate efficient dispute resolution.
- Remain updated on developments in real estate law and regulations in New York.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Litigation within New York.
- Licensed to practice law in New York.
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills.

- Salary range: \(150,000 to \)225,000 (based on experience).
