Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with potential and existing borrowers, providing expert guidance throughout the loan process.
- Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend the most appropriate loan products.
- Navigate a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients and loan files effectively.
- Handle a substantial volume of qualified inbound leads on a daily basis.
- Secure loans at the point of sale, ensuring the collection of all necessary documentation for processing.
- Accurately structure and price loans to meet client needs.
- Utilize advanced technology, including CRM and LOS systems, to optimize the loan process.
- Leverage a vast network of real estate partners to assist borrowers in finding their ideal homes.

- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- At least two years of recent full-time loan origination experience, ideally in a call center environment.
- Current CA DBO and NMLS licenses.
- Minimum of four approved state licenses through the NMLS.
