- Collaborate with Planners/Buyers and Supervisors to formulate media plans.
- Engage in team brainstorming sessions for media planning and partner consideration sets.
- Aid in the creation and presentation of media campaign materials, including plan decks, flowcharts, and specification sheets.
- Coordinate with the Media Operations team to input data into media buying platforms for billing, budget management, and external contracts.
- Generate media contracts within internal buying platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with external vendors.
- Partner with the Finance team to ensure billing reconciliation and address discrepancies.
- Conduct strategic consumer analysis and market research.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing on a weekly basis.
- Manage campaign flowcharts and presentation decks efficiently.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A strong interest in media planning and execution.
- Resourceful and detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a media agency is advantageous.
