Key Responsibilities
- Engage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including Business Operations, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams, to identify needs and strategically align solutions.
- Lead the technical roadmap for AI/ML endeavors, ensuring performance management and value generation.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish a clear vision, set goals, define solutions, and determine success metrics for AI/ML systems and applications.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications while ensuring priority alignment.
- Stay attuned to evolving business needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in AI/ML, guiding the creation of groundbreaking solutions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of AI/ML products, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ML, Data Science, or a related field (MS/MBA or PhD preferred).
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading the development and integration of large-scale technical solutions on cloud environments, preferably in the financial services or consulting sector.
- Proven leadership experience alongside strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional projects.
- In-depth understanding of ML and AI algorithms, with a history of executing roadmaps from ideation through to the management of ML/AI systems.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- Exceptional communication abilities (both verbal and written) suited for all levels of an organization.
- Capability to thrive autonomously while effectively guiding teams.
- Prior leadership experience is essential.
- Familiarity with at least two of the following disciplines: Product, Data Science, ML/AI, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies.
