Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with licensed Purchase Loan Officers to gather essential documentation and information required for the loan pre-approval process.
- Establish meaningful connections with customers through phone calls and emails, offering guidance and support.
- Educate prospective clients and Purchase Loan Officers on subsequent steps to secure a pre-approval.
- Proactively follow up with both Loan Officers and clients to address any outstanding items needed for completion.
- Set clear expectations for customers and Loan Officers to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
- Accurately input and manage customer information within our database system.
- Organize customer files according to their readiness and qualifications for the pre-approval process.
- Reach out to previous clients who have been pre-approved to offer ongoing assistance.
- Assist clients in navigating the eConsent and eSigning processes.
- Help customers review their credit reports to assess loan qualification and suggest credit enhancement strategies if needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective customer engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with the mortgage loan or refinancing processes is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office or customer service roles is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage or real estate sector is considered a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; some college education is preferred.
- Candidates must have successfully completed the NMLS Safe Exam prior to commencement.
