Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee mortgage loan quality control and compliance processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement procedures for the accurate processing of loan documentation for various homeownership programs.
- Prepare and analyze reports to monitor pipeline activities, aiding in critical business decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations, maintaining our commitment to compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team, managing performance, conducting reviews, and fostering professional development.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams, with strong capabilities in project management and team-building.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations including Fair Lending and TRID, as well as familiarity with anti-money laundering practices.
- Proficiency in mortgage loan systems, particularly Encompass, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience of 8-9 years in mortgage loan quality assurance or a related field.
