Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform product strategies.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative mortgage products and services.
- Ensure operational excellence to elevate the customer experience.

- Track and evaluate product performance, providing data-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Oversee product profitability through meticulous pricing analysis and strategy alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Risk, IT, and Operations, to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Support training initiatives in collaboration with the Education & Learning team.
- Engage with Data Analytics to report on key metrics related to member satisfaction and product performance.
- Conduct research to align product offerings with consumer demands and market opportunities.
- Coordinate pilot programs and testing strategies for new products and services.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and recommend strategic partnerships.
- Foster a data-driven culture that encourages informed decision-making.
- Stay abreast of evolving market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of the Arizona real estate landscape and member demographics.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or SAFe methodologies is preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with mortgage regulations and compliance.
- Customer-facing experience in roles such as sales or mortgage loan officer.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in product management, specifically in mortgage products.
