Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with real estate agents and brokers.
- Serve as a local expert in home warranty solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to educate clients on the advantages of our products.
- Act as a liaison between real estate professionals and our Service Department to ensure seamless communication.
- Manage all sales and promotional activities within your designated territory, requiring regular travel for meetings and events.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience as a top performer.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to build networks and secure referrals.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
