Key Responsibilities
- Assess business requirements and convert them into actionable solutions within the Epic framework.
- Configure and oversee the management of Epic applications, specifically Willow and Beacon.
- Collaborate effectively with end-users, healthcare professionals, and technical teams to facilitate and support system modifications.
- Engage in system enhancements and quality assurance testing.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users.
- Stay updated on industry standards and advancements pertaining to the Epic system.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience is required.
- Epic Willow certification is essential, with Beacon certification being beneficial.
- Experience in Medication build and maintenance within Pediatric Oncology is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Investigational Medication build for Research is advantageous.
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is required for this role.
