Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in land use and zoning matters, effectively managing applications submitted to municipal and county planning and zoning boards.
- Participate in hearings and provide strategic legal counsel on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Advise clients on real estate development initiatives, including zoning and site plan approvals as well as environmental considerations.
- Collaborate closely with developers, institutional investors, and commercial real estate professionals to devise effective legal strategies.
- A minimum of two years of experience in land use law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in public hearings and client relations.
- Strong analytical skills with a capacity for innovative problem-solving in complex land use scenarios.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
- Active member of the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
