Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on trust and estate planning strategies, prioritizing tax-efficient wealth transfers.
- Deliver legal counsel on estate and income taxation, succession planning, lifetime gifting, and charitable contributions.
- Collaborate with high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and tax-exempt organizations to devise and execute comprehensive estate plans.
- Partner with attorneys across various practice areas—including corporate, real estate, employment, and litigation—to offer integrated legal solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal tax regulations affecting estate planning.
- At least four years of experience in trusts & estates law and private client matters.
- Strong expertise in tax and succession planning.
- Exceptional client service, legal analysis, and drafting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in trusts & estates law and private client matters.
