Position: Associate Director, Consulting - North America (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead and manage multiple consulting projects, ensuring optimal delivery and high-quality client outcomes.
• Lead project teams in generating insightful findings and actionable recommendations, while addressing any delivery challenges.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from initial lead generation through proposal development and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate actively with internal teams to refine our service offerings and elevate the company’s profile through thought leadership.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive work culture that aligns with our core values, guiding and mentoring associates and consultants to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant consulting experience, with proven success in client management and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of ESG and sustainability practices, particularly in the areas of responsible sourcing and supply chains.
• A strong professional network that indicates sales potential, complemented by a record of achieving ambitious business targets.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
