Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Partner with real estate brokers to identify potential property deals for new school facilities, methodically organizing and evaluating each option while collaborating with internal teams to pinpoint the most suitable properties aligned with our objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively communicate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and senior leadership, to assess each deal against our strategic and financial needs.
- Negotiation and Acquisition: Oversee or assist in negotiations with property owners and brokers to finalize agreements on favorable terms, utilizing your negotiation expertise to secure optimal outcomes.
- Systems and Process Development: Establish and implement efficient tracking systems to manage real estate opportunities and transactions, ensuring thorough organization and prompt retrieval of information.
- Effective Communication and Relationship Management: Maintain proactive and clear communications with internal and external parties, facilitating swift actions to secure deals.
- Growth Planning and Modeling: Analyze student growth projections to inform the location and facility needs, ensuring alignment with our overall strategic goals.
