Position Overview

We are currently in search of motivated and professional individuals with expertise in Funds and Banking operations. The Financial Services Funds & Banking Representative role is ideal for tech-savvy candidates eager to leave their mark in the brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently address and resolve a broad range of client service inquiries, both routine and complex.
• Manage various client requests, including:
• Asset transfers
• Check and wire deposits and withdrawals
• ACH deposits and withdrawals
• Secure transactions
• IRA contributions and distributions
• Tax reporting
• Fraud prevention
  

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are paramount.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills will contribute to your success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the brokerage or banking sector, particularly in cashiering and position transfer functions, is preferred.
• Familiarity with retirement accounts and tax considerations is advantageous.
