Remote Cloud Security Specialist - IT | WFH

Job Overview

Join our esteemed global Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) as an IT Cloud Security Specialist, where your passion for cloud security will be put to great use in safeguarding critical information and intellectual property. This fully remote role allows you the flexibility to work from home while engaging in meaningful collaboration across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary security authority within the US CCoE team.
• Act as a liaison between the US CCoE and regional security and risk teams.
• Collaborate with the CCoE security team, primarily located in the Netherlands, to ensure seamless communication.
• Maintain and enhance the Cloud Security Framework and develop necessary security standards and protocols.
• Conduct regular assessments of cloud workloads for compliance and recommend necessary risk mitigation strategies.
• Build collaborative relationships with other CCoE members and cloud service users.
• Participate in incident response initiatives for security incidents related to the cloud.
• Provide your cybersecurity expertise during the analysis and development of security solutions.
  
  

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of cloud security, cloud governance, SecDevOps, and AI.
• Strong technical acumen in information security and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Robust organizational capabilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Computer Science, or Electronics.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Security, with a specific focus on cloud security governance and framework development.
• Demonstrated experience with security assessments and risk assessments in a cloud computing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform is highly advantageous.
• Background in collaborating with large international enterprises or global service providers.
