We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Property Manager to join our expanding team in a remote capacity. This role entails delivering outstanding service to our industrial commercial real estate clients while ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with lease agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to tenant inquiries and issues, generating work orders for vendors or maintenance staff, and following up to guarantee satisfactory resolutions.
- Ensure 24-hour emergency coverage for the property.
- Conduct regular inspections of commercial properties and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with lease agreements and proper upkeep.
- Maintain accurate property and lease files in accordance with company policies.
- Attain proficiency in Yardi Property Management software, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
- Prepare building and property operating budgets utilizing Yardi Advanced Budgeting.
- Complete tenant CAM reconciliations and maintain records in Lease Manager.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management team to develop 5-Year Building Capital Plans.
- Monitor tenant lease expirations and plan for move-outs and renewals.
- Assist with new tenant onboarding and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
- Work closely with the Development Management team to facilitate smooth transitions of buildings post-construction.
- Track key dates and reporting within Yardi and Salesforce.
- Assist in the production of monthly and annual reports and transaction-related documents.
- Coordinate contractor activities and ensure compliance with property-related invoices.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and Excel.
- Familiarity with maintenance, accounting, and tracking software (Yardi, Salesforce, and Monday.com) is advantageous.
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication capabilities.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Commercial or Industrial Property Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
