Key Responsibilities
- Independently oversee cases while addressing multifaceted legal issues.
- Develop discovery plans, conduct and defend depositions, manage extensive documentation, draft dispositive motions, and prepare for trial.
- Exhibit a dedicated work ethic, excellent organizational capabilities, and strong communication skills while fostering teamwork.
- Must be a California licensed attorney.
- Strong academic background with a commitment to advocacy.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in construction defect or construction and real estate law is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, or complex civil litigation.
- A strong desire to cultivate an extraordinary career within our firm.
