Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients on a wide range of construction law matters, including contract law, property law, planning law, and dispute resolution.
• Represent clients in court or before governmental agencies, skillfully presenting evidence to advocate for clients in construction-related disputes.
• Conduct thorough legal research to underpin legal proceedings, gather pertinent evidence, devise defense strategies, and develop persuasive arguments for case presentations.
• Prepare and draft critical legal documents including contracts, leases, and other essential legal instruments.
• Stay abreast of evolving laws, regulations, and industry trends related to construction law, delivering timely and informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in any U.S. state.
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney.
