Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert legal counsel across various facets of construction law, including contracts, property, planning, and dispute resolution.
- Advocate for clients in court or before governmental bodies, presenting evidence effectively in construction-related disputes.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research, collect evidence, devise defense strategies, and construct compelling arguments for case presentation.
- Draft and prepare essential legal documents, including contracts, leases, deeds, and patent applications.
- Stay abreast of evolving construction law, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide optimal legal guidance to clients.
- Strong grasp of construction law and associated regulations.
- Outstanding legal research and writing abilities.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney.
